Mentre voi eravate a godervi il tramonto in spiaggia, a sorseggiare l’aperitivo a bordo piscina, ad esplorare nuovi luoghi che avevate sempre sognato di vedere, io ero qui ad affrontare i miei problemi – alzi la mano chi non ne ha (scommetto che molti di voi se li sono portati in vacanza, altri invece più saggi o più fortunati li hanno lasciati a casa) – e a cercare allo stesso tempo una via di fuga.
Così ho avuto un’idea. Ma ho bisogno di voi per realizzarla.
Vi ricordate quando Sabrina, la nostra Romana in Germania, ci ha spiegato il gioco del “diverso vedere”? No? Dai su, quel gioco secondo cui si può vedere una cosa attraverso gli occhi altrui (se davvero non lo ricordate potete leggerlo qui). Così ho pensato: “Chissà come gli altri vedono il mio blog”.
E allora mi sono detta che mi sarebbe piaciuto lanciare un nuovo contest su Instagram chiamato “DISEGNA IL MIO BLOG”.
Questo contest è riservato a tutti voi a cui piace disegnare. Perciò fumettisti, grafici, disegnatori mi piacerebbe vedere la vostra creatività.. mettetevi pure all’opera!
Il contest sarà pubblicato sulla pagina Instagram del blog (@unaromanainamerica) e durerà una settimana, per cui seguite me e i miei collaboratori, mi raccomando!
Partecipare sarà semplice, poche le regole da seguire (sapete che noi con le regole..):
1. Seguire su Instagram @unaromanainamerica @mrsbraghelli @io_e_mia_sorella almeno per tutta la durata del contest
2. Pubblicare sul proprio profilo Instagram una o più foto che ritraggano un disegno o un’illustrazione (creata da voi e dunque originale) che secondo voi rappresenti in qualche modo il blog: lasciamo ampio spazio alla vostra fantasia, può essere ciò che volete, purché sia qualcosa che parli di noi, ma attraverso i vostri occhi, la vostra creatività.. e le vostre mani, ovviamente!
3. Taggare sulla descrizione (e NON sulla foto) @unaromanainamerica .. cosicché non ci perderemo niente per strada!
4. Usare l’hashtag #disegnailmioblog (i punti 3 e 4 si riferiscono a tutte le foto che eventualmente posterete riguardo il contest)
Alla fine della settimana sceglieremo 5 foto che riposteremo sulla pagina del blog @unaromanainamerica. La foto che in un giorno riceverà il maggior numero di likes sarà la vincitrice. Noi del blog inoltre sceglieremo una seconda foto vincitrice tra le restanti quattro foto.
Ai due vincitori verrà fatta poi un’intervista, e i disegni proposti verranno pubblicati qui sul blog insieme appunto all’articolo in cui conosceremo meglio gli artisti.
Siete pronti? Noi siamo qui in attesa delle vostre creazioni.. quindi non fateci aspettare troppo!!
Su Instagram verrà pubblicato il regolamento e le date di inizio e fine del contest.

While you were on the beach looking at the sunset, drinking a cocktail at a swimming pool, I was here, facing my problems and trying to find a way out. (Who doesn’t have problems? I bet that some of you brought them on holidays, while wiser and stronger people left them at home…) So, I came up with an idea. But I need you! Do you remember when Sabrina, our “Roman in Germany” talked about the play of “seeing different”? Don’t you? Come on, the play in which you see things through other people’s eyes… Ok, if you don’t remember what I’m talking about, read down here please. I thought about it… who knows how other people see my blog.So, I said to myself that I’d like to launch a new contest on Instagram called “DRAW MY BLOG”. The contest is perfect for those who love drawing! So cartoonists, graphic designers, illustrators, I’d like to see your creativity. Get down to work!
The contest will be published on the Instagram page of the blog @unaromanainamerica and will last for one week, so follow me and my colleagues!
If you want to enter the contest, here are a few rules…:
1.Follow @unaromanainamerica, @mrsbraghelli and @io_e_mia_sorella for at least the whole week of the contest.
- Publish on your Instagram profile one or more photos portraying a drawing or an illustration that in your opinion represent my blog. The drawing or the illustration must be yours, and you are free to use your fantasy and to express your creativity! Drawings and illustrations can be whatever you want, but they have to speak of us through your eyes, your creativity… and your hands of course!
- Tag @unaromanainamerica on the description of the photo (NOT on the photo)!
- Use the hashtag #disegnailmioblog (points 3 and 4 are referred to all the photos you’ll post for the contest).
At the end of the week, we’ll choose 5 photos and we’ll upload them on the page of the blog @unaromanainamerica. The photo with more “likes” will be the winner! Then, we’ll choose a second winner among the remaining four photos.
The winners will be interviewed and their drawings will be published on the blog together with an article that talks about the artists.

Caaaaaaaaarina questa idea!!!! Io prima disegnavo, quando andavo al liceo, avevo anche vinto alcuni concorsi, però da allora ho perso qualcosa e raramente riprendo in mano foglio e matita per mettermi all’opera. Questa potrebbe essere un’occasione, chissà se mi verrà in mente qualcosa!
